What counts towards the monthly allowance?
Conversation time and documents. Membership includes a generous allowance of both, and the exact allowance will be set before launch.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 7 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from your account whenever you like.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Orb runs in your web browser, on a computer or a phone. Check-ins happen while Orb is open; if its tab is in the background, you get a browser notification and a chime.
What can I give it to read?
PDF and Word documents, plain text, Markdown and CSV files, saved emails (.eml and .msg), and web pages. See Adding your material.
Who can see my documents and conversations?
Your orb is private to you. Raw conversation is summarised and then deleted within a week, and you can see, and forget, anything Orb remembers about you.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy (a draft, pending legal review).
Is Orb therapy?
No. Orb is a coach for your work and your goals. It is not therapy or medical advice. If you need that kind of help, please speak to a qualified professional.
